The University of Hertfordshire has a number of venues available for hire for meetings, conferences, exhibitions or social events.
The Conference Hertfordshire team offer a personalised event management service, including advice on choosing a suitable venue on campus, booking spaces, coordinating logistics, liaising with catering teams, health and safety, accommodation, AV, and any other event requirements.
We then work with the client to manage and deliver on expectations for what they can do in the venue with speakers, shows and exhibitions. As a result we have package rates that encapsulate the bulk of conference requirements though more bespoke options can be put together.
